My tests are not as nicely automated as yours... but here's what I see:
hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11, gcc-3.3.3, HP linker
gdb-6.1 branch vs gdb-6.1 branch + backported changes
new regressions:
32 +FAIL: gdb.base-hp/reg.exp
1 +FAIL: gdb.base/call-ar-st.exp
2 +FAIL: gdb.base/callfuncs.exp
1 +FAIL: gdb.base/mips_pro.exp
16 +FAIL: gdb.base/recurse.exp
3 +FAIL: gdb.base/selftest.exp
3 +FAIL: gdb.base/watchpoint.exp
- The reg.exp ones seem to be a testsuite problem
- don't know why the mips_pro.exp is there....
- watchpoints are probably partially broken by my changes. basic
watchpoints are working; but i also see problems on hppa-linux
- i haven't analyzed the other ones yet
i haven't tried hpacc with these changes yet
first cut of the patch, sans changelog, is available at
http://www.parisc-linux.org/~tausq/hppa-gdb61.diff.gz
can you give that a try?
