FTR, I've done runs with:
- CC_WITH_TWEAKS_FLAGS=''
- CC_WITH_TWEAKS_FLAGS='-z'
- CC_WITH_TWEAKS_FLAGS='-m'
and reported on the runs in the following PRs:
- PR24433 - [testsuite] local-board.exp regressions
- PR24437 - regressions with dwz
- PR24438 - new regressions with dwz -m
referring back to this PR where appropriate.
