Console message output from mono runtime / gdb debugging.

While running an application under the mono runtime, a crash was handled by GDB
in which it requests a bug report be filed on its behalf.

Attached is the full log file.  The core is 110,923,776 bytes (19,207,818
tar.gz) so I can't attach it.  If you want it, let me know how to deliver it.
