Test program

Trying to use the Python pretty-printers on a std::map causes gdb to error out
with:

varobj.c:3871: internal-error: cplus_describe_child: Assertion `access' failed.

Environment/test sequence:

Running up-to-date Debian Wheezy (amd64).

$ uname -a:
Linux genpfault 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.35-2 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ gdb
