* symtab.h (lookup_minimal_symbol_and_objfile): Declare.
* minsyms.c (lookup_minimal_symbol_and_objfile): New function.
* glibc-tdep.c (find_minsym_and_objfile): Remove.
(glibc_skip_solib_resolver): Use
lookup_minimal_symbol_and_objfile.
