Seems to be so that during installation the include/ansidecl.h,
include/bfdlink.h, and include/symcat.h files are removed, but they
appear to be installed to the --prefix location. I would guess that
removing is errornous thing, but have not yet found the location where
this happens from the numerous Makefiles in gdb and its subdirectories.
