Some systems (Debian GNU/Linux) now define (via stdbool) true/false in <curses.h>. Unfortunatly the definition clashes with "bfd.h".
To work around this some .c files were modified to include "config.h" and <curses.h" before anything else.
The correct fix is to stop defining true/false in "bfd.h". This PR is a place holder until that is done.
