gdb.base/interrupt.exp FAILs when issuing commands after interrupting the target process.

This worked with the same configuration in gdb 5.1.
This works with the same configuration in gdb HEAD.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run gdb.base/interrupt.exp in the environment given.
>Fix:
This is fixed in gdb HEAD.

This is a regression from gdb 5.1 to gdb 5.1.1.  I am reporting it to preserve the information.  Since the test script works in gdb HEAD, this PR can be closed if no one is keen to investigate it.
