I was looking at gdb.c++/*.exp and I noticed that two test scripts do not honor skip_cplus_tests.
I haven't actually exercised skip_cplus_tests but prima facia, it looks wrong.

grep -L skip_cplus_tests gdb.c++/*.exp

Obvious.
Hack the definition of skip_cplus_tests to run before-and-after tests.
