[PATCH]: Darwin: improve darwin_read_write_inferior


Hi,

this is a partial rewrite of darwin_read_write_inferior to avoid
dynamic allocation and memcpy.

No functional change.  I have also added a few cast to avoid warnings
on printf-like calls.

Pushed on master.
