I get here (both Fedora 20 x86_64 and Fedora Rawhide x86_64):

print twov
Attempt to resolve a variably-sized type which appears in the interior of a structure type
(gdb) FAIL: gdb.fortran/vla-type.exp: print twov before allocated

Don't you have it reproducible?
