Hello,
Attached is the patch I ended up checking in. It's the same patch,
augmented with additional comments.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* windows-nat.c (handle_load_dll): Add comments.
(windows_ensure_ntdll_loaded): New function.
(do_initial_windows_stuff): Use windows_ensure_ntdll_loaded.
Add FIXME comment.
