[commit/RFA/branch] Import sources from cgen/cpu directory

We haven't announced it yet, but someone discovered a problem with
the GDB tarballs (GPL violation) that forced us to recreate all
the tarballs starting from the 6.0 release. That part of the work
is almost complete, and a more detailed message will be sent on
the gdb@ mailing-list as soon as it is.

The fix to the violation consisted in adding the appropriate versions
of the files from src/cgen/cpu and src/cpu into the tarball.

For future releases, the problem should be fixed thanks to Nick's
efforts, as he moved the files from cgen/cpu/ to the src/cpu
directory (the latter is not part of the GDB/binutils sources,
while src/cpu is).

In addition to that, we will need to make a GDB 7.3.1 release pretty
soon: The FSF wants to start printing a new batch of manuals, but
only just told me that the ISBN should have been updated (they had
obtained the new ISBN, just didn't tell us about it). I sent the FSF
a copy of the manual with the new ISBN and edition number, and as
soon as they confirm that it is good, I will make the 7.3.1 release.

(note: the 7.3.1 release will mostly consist of 2 fixes: build error
on NetBSD, and the manul fixes).

However, to avoid having to fix the GPL violation on the 7.3.1
tarball the same way I fixed them on the other tarball, I would
like to commit the following change on the 7.3 branch. I suppose
we could look at porting Nick's patch from the HEAD, but I think
it's just a bit more involved than doing for the 7.3 branch what
we've done for the older tarballs.

cgen/cpu/ChangeLog:

        * cris.cpu, frv.cpu, iq10.cpu, iq2000.cpu, iq2000m.cpu, lm32.cpu,
        m32c.cpu, m32r.cpu, mt.cpu, sh.cpu, sh64-compact.cpu,
        sh64-media.cpu, xc16x.cpu: New file, copied from cgen/cpu.

Any objection why I shouldn't be doing this? Otherwise, I'll commit
in a few days, or as soon as the FSF confirms the ISBN change.
(patch compressed to avoid tripping the 400k email limit).

Thanks,

Joel
