Obvious fix: deprecated_insert_raw_breakpoint change (was [commit] multi-executable support)


Pedro,

your patch missed two usages of 
depreacted_insert_raw_breakpoint function.
As you added a parameter, this caused
opensolaris compilation to fail...

  I looked at the source and
found out that using NULL parameter
is OK for targets not supporting multiple
address spaces.
