Remove dead TM_* variables from Makefile.in and gdbint manual


(This came up in the context of a recent gnu-nat fix.  Since I had it here, might as well push it)

Would anyone miss these?  They're no longer referenced anywhere in the code
base, now that we no longer use .mt files.  Better not to lead new people in the
wrong direction.
