[commit] Remove SIZEOF_FRAME_SAVED_REGS

Hello,

now that the last user is gone from the tree, this patch
removes the default definition of SIZEOF_FRAME_SAVED_REGS.

This was the last use of current_gdbarch in header files
except for the builtin_type macros.

Committed to mainline.

Bye,
Ulrich

ChangeLog:

	* frame.h (SIZEOF_FRAME_SAVED_REGS): Remove.
