Um, the first matches:
4.[6-9]
4.[1-9][0-9]
[5-9].*
[1-9][0-9].*
Yours matches:
4.[6-9]
4.4.[1-9][0-9]
4.[1-9][0-9]
[5-9].*
[1-9][0-9].*
I don't think this is what you want.
