Oh, I forgot to mention one thing: like native mips64 GDB, to get good
behavior from this be sure to have a recent kernel and glibc.  There
have been a number of fixes to n32 and n64 ptrace.

Committed this, with only minor changes to resolve a merge conflict.

	(mips_breakpoint, mips_breakpoint_at): Use int.
	(mips_collect_register, mips_supply_register)

	(mips_fill_gregset, mips_store_gregset, mips_fill_fpregset)
	(mips_store_fpregset, target_regsets): New.
	* thread-db.c (thread_db_get_tls_address): Use uintptr_t.
