Committed: sim/cris testsuite.

Attached as a bzipped archive.  Some C tests (really: syscall tests) need
just newlib and cris-axis-elf, others require cris-axis-linux-gnu and
glibc.  The ones that aren't supported are simply skipped (no UNTESTED,
UNRESOLVED or such).  The C framework should be moved into the common
sim/testsuite/lib whenever other targets feel like adding C tests.
If I may ask, please sync any new option names (in embedded tests, the
ones you get from "slurp_options") with the ld testsuite.

	* sim/cris: New directory with C and assembly tests for the CRIS
	simulator.
