[patch/testsuite/cp] inherit.exp: convert to cp_test_ptype_class


This patch updates inherit.exp to use cp_test_ptype_class.

There are two tests for tagless structs, "struct { ... }".  These are
nasty and I did not convert them.  Tagless structs are so idiosyncratic
that they need their own test file.

Tested on:

  native i686-pc-linux-gnu
  gcc 2.95.3, gcc 3.3.4, gcc 3.4.1, gcc HEAD-20040811
  dwarf-2, stabs+

  native hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11
  hp aC++ A.03.45

  native hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11
  gcc 3.3.4
