Remove old 386BSD support.
* NEWS (REMOVED configurations and files): Add i[3456]86-*-bsd*.
* configure.host: Remove i[34567]86-*-bsd*.
* configure.tgt: Remove i[34567]86-*-bsd*.
* i386b-nat.c: Removed.
* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Remove i386b-nat.c.
(i386b-nat.o): Remove dependencies.
