[AR-PATCH] wince.c: realloc -> xrealloc, PTR -> void *

I've just committed the below change in an attempt to get at least
one file that I maintain up to AR standards.

	* wince.c: Change realloc to xrealloc throughout.
	(handle_load_dll): Use void * rather than PTR in argument.
