Thanks ark.  Sure, I will keep it equivalent to what is today.
Any change to that will be submitted for approval in the usual ways.

That is a good point.  I will take a look at what could possibly be useful
from the Sys V file.  Including it doesn't look right.  If one or two 
macros are being used we may consider copying them.
