[binutils-gdb] Correct shell compatibility issue detected with pkgsrc.

    Correct shell compatibility issue detected with pkgsrc.
    
    String comparison of in a POSIX bourne shell must be done
    with '=', not '=='. For example the NetBSD sh(1) does not
    support it.
