Fix gdbarch.c build error
I made a mistake while handling my previous patch. A change in
gdbarch causes a build failure.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* gdbarch.sh (append_name): Fix type in XRESIZEVEC.
* gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
