[binutils-gdb] Fix build issue with nat/linux-namespaces.c.

    Fix build issue with nat/linux-namespaces.c.
    
    	* nat/linux-namespaces.c (setns): Rename from this ...
    	(do_setns): ... to this.  Support calling setns if it exists.
    	(mnsh_handle_setns): Call do_setns.
