[binutils-gdb] sim: sh: use common configure options

https://sourceware.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=binutils-gdb.git;h=6d89786cb31dcf9b1a4e5b6c7b88c15102e9381a

commit 6d89786cb31dcf9b1a4e5b6c7b88c15102e9381a
Author: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
Date: Sat Mar 28 13:39:31 2015 -0400

sim: sh: use common configure options

In preparation for converting to nrun, call the common functions that
are needed. This also produces a bunch of warnings, but one thing at
    a time.
