    xcoffread.c: delete 'within_function' definition
    
    Linking GDB as a C++ program, we get:
    
      src/gdb/buildsym.c:226: multiple definition of `within_function'
      xcoffread.o:src/gdb/xcoffread.c:181: first defined here
