* config/mips/tm-mips.h: ... from here.
* config/mips/tm-linux.h (SOFTWARE_SINGLE_STEP_P)
(SOFTWARE_SINGLE_STEP): Delete.
* mips-linux-tdep.c (mips_linux_init_abi): Set software_single_step.
