Log message:
* rs6000-nat.c (ppc-tdep.h): Include.
(fetch_registers, store_register): Don't access registers[]
directly. Instead, use supply_register() or
regcache_collect() as appropriate.
(find_toc_address): Format hex address with local_hex_string().
