Publishing dwfl_core_file_report?

Is there a plan to publish the symbol dwfl_core_file_report?  It's
currently used for unstrip --core.  Right now Abtr folks are running
unstrip and parsing its output to get their hands on the build IDs, but
would like to be able to use API instead.

For the reference, the API already exposes the call indirectly, via the
dwfl_standard_argp magic, just like the unstrip does.
