Let's break out a helper for the "-self" tests that lists all the binaries
to examine, either in a variable or a sequence of "runtest foo" commands.
Then make run-elflint-self.sh and this new one get that with ".". Hmm, it
might even be fine just to have test-subr.sh define a runtest_on_self
function.
Let's make the name of any test that uses the build itself as test data
end with "-self".
