We would have to ask the fedora infrastructure team to change it if we
don't want to change the package owner (who is the default assignee).
What would make the most sense? Ideally we would have it set to some
default address to show it hasn't been taken yet (maybe this
mailinglist?) and then when someone takes ownership of the bug they can
reassign it to their own email address?
