Alas, so it does on one page, along with a "being given a chance to
opt-out" and those "two weeks" expiring last week.  On another, It
says "16. Notify all fedorahosted developers to migrate their
projects.".  Anyway, transifex now has a copy of elfutils po data, so
hypothetical fedora-driven migration is moot.  Duplication will be
trivially prevented if attempted.
