I don't see a problem. Deleting a few lines from the repository does
not introduce any copyrighted code. Very small patches for which we
would not normally ask for an assignment should be ok as well. Larger
patches would be problematical, and introducing any new files not
listed in the assignment paperwork is right out until everything is
settled.
