Isn't the terminology all the wrong way around for the TFTP
transfers. The target hardware is running a TFTP server. The host PC
runs a client. So this is a download, from a server in the target.
The real problem is that you don't say TFTP _server_ or _client_
anyway. So unless you look deeper, its easy to get the wrong
understanding.
One side note. You should add a comment to remind people to set there
tftp client to binary mode. Some have this as default, others
don't.
