2.0 branch: mn10300 debug info patch

Add debug info sections to the mn10300 am31/am33 linker scripts

Without this patch the debug info in mn10300 binaries is broken and
debugging is impossible. Only the mn10300 am31 and am33 variant HAL's
are affected.
