Hello,
Happy New Year.
Since there's suspicion that last mail being not successfully sent,
I send again.
If it was doubly sent I am soory.
Your message did indeed get sent yesterday.
Your problem seems to be related to GCC, not eCos per se.
The code that you are having trouble with compiles and works
properly on other architectures.
What version of GCC & BINUTILS are you using?
Have you tried using the versions recommended on the eCos
getting started page(s)?
For the most part though, I'd suggest that you try getting
help from the GCC world.
