Hi,
I´m in the same situation David is. I have and ARM7TDMI.
I have saved eCos in the flash memory and when I call eCos I get the
exception data abort.
So I thougth to call redboot (RAM startup), to prove it is running, (I
had to set the system execution mode (privileged user)) and it ran
perfectly.
The thing is, I have theese basic questions:
Now, Why I can´t call eCos directly? I was hoping that the base layers
were the same.
Does eCos need redboot to run??
Thank you.
