Can the same 16x5x serial port be used for the diagnostic output
(/dev/haldiag) use for Asert and trace messages, and the console port
(/dev/ser0) without conflict?
I only have one physical serial port I can cannonect a terminal to. I am
trying to understand how to configure the serial port. I have tried
various combinations of Config settings and I get different errors or
interrupt loops.
Platform is the ARM7 on LPC2XXX (with 2 16x5x ports on CPU)
Is there a similar ARM7 platformw ith serial devices that anyone could
recommend looking at, that si known to work?
Thanks.
Brett
