Do you want to change the confgurtion tool itself, or the information
it shows?
Adding a new scheduler does not require a change to the configtool
itself. What you need to do it modify the kernel cdl file. This file
is used by the configtool to display the different options.
I suggest you read the Componets Writers Guide documentation which you
can find under Documentation on ecos.sourceware.org
