I don't know. The Errata just says the AT91FR40162 is broken. It does
not say anything about AT49BV1604A or AT49BV1614A. I could be that the
intergrated devices in this processor are broken, but the standalone
devices work fine. 

So show me an errata which states the AT49BV1604A or AT49BV1614A are
broken.
