S1 is 4-pole DIP switch that controls memory mapping. S1[1] is first of the
four. Since on reset REMAP is "0" and S1[1] is also "0", bootROM is mapped
to address 0 and bootMonitors is getting executed. But following lines say
that RAM starts at address 0. This is confusing me.
