Is the source code of Configtool v1.3 available? I didnt thougt it was and
this is the only pace were the format of those mlt files is defined right?
Yes. It's all in CVS, just not checked out by default. Check out the
ecos-host module, or at the top of your checkout (where the packages
directory exists) do cvs update -d host
