You can get free support here on the list or commercial support
from a number of companies. The ones that are currently contributing
are to my knowledge:

Could you indicate in which region of the world you reside ?

One nice way might be to use one of the Cirrus Logic chips
that are optimized for audio playback. Search google for
something in the style of
"audio MP3 evaluation board {ARM|ARM7|ARM9|1110|XScale}"
and you should find what you need.
