[ECOS] Bug in packages/hal/powerpc/arch/current/include/arch.inc

Oops, seems like I forgot to send this patch after my mpc555
contribution.

Anyway, "patch -p0 arch.inc < arch.patch" fixes a nasty Floating Point
problem ....
