I'm talking about 3-5 minutes that I waited and nothing happens.

If I type:

load -r -b 0x100000 -m xmodem

at the redboot prompt in minicom, but then don't try to send anything, I
don't get anything. There is no string of "C" characters, even after
waiting about 3 minutes.
