Its easy to build one, you just need 100 ohm resistors and a 25 pin
parallel to JTAG header.
Download the JFlash utility from Intel site or a Linux adapted version
from ftp://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/pub/armlinux/people/nico/
Find out the ID codes of the IC's wich from the boundary scan chain.
