You can ignore this warning. The configuration tools know that 'CVS'
directories are special and will ignore them, but it appears that some
CVS clients create 'cvs' directories instead of 'CVS' directories.
Newer versions of the configuration tools will ignore both
'cvs' and 'CVS' directories.
