The output seems very odd - it seems some files exist which _definitely_
don't exist in gcc 2.95.2. Unless perhaps you'd already run the patch
before that.
But if these are genuine 2.95.2 sources, it has failed so abysmally that
perhaps it's a consistent problem, like CRLFs. I know it's a linux box, but
did you download any of the files on Windows?
